Couple of issues spot-able in the worker.log

 

  • 2013-06-05T11:01:35.813-07:00 [02892 error 'Default'] UAC is enabled! the P2V conversion will probably fail with non elevated administrator 'AD\dparson'

 

  • 2013-06-05T11:11:17.185-07:00 [06352 warning 'Default'] Disk number 1 has been skipped because of errors while reading partition table

So turn off UAC.

 

Are the helper and source VM on the same subnet?

 

Is this P2V, V2V? What kind of disk controller is used, what file system, what guest OS and kernel version? Is that actually supported as per Converter Release Notes?
