Yes, we have the latest version of Flash installed.
Here are the versions we are running, although we have seen this with both OSX 10.7 & 10.8, and multiple versions of Firefox:
Mac OS X 10.8.3
Firefox 21.0
Adobe Flash Player (Shockwave Flash) 11.7.700.203
