Can you verify that Workstation is able to see the VMs?
If that works, try restarting WSX and try again. If that doesn't work, please open the browser's JavaScript console log viewer, reload the page, try again, and see if there's any JavaScript errors.
Also, can you tell me what browser this is, what OS, and what version of WSX?
