Looks like the VM is suspended and if it will not resume properly then you will need to manually remove the VM's Suspended State File, the .vmss file, while the VM's Tab is closed. Note that anything that was not saved to the virtual hard disk before suspending will be lost as this is tantamount to pulling the plug from the wall on a Physical Machine while it's running however you may not have any other choice.
