Ok I've figured out how to do it!
In the vCloud Director GUI: vSphere Resources > Resource Pools > MY_RESOURCE_POOL
Select all VM's, Shutdown, then "Migrate to...", then specify the new Resource Pool and it does the vmotion for you Image may be NSFW.
