Hi Kutay, and welcome to the VMware Communities!
The problem you are encountering is quite different, and is revealed at the end of the log you pasted:
Warning: the system was unable to load a page of memory; this can be caused by network problems or a failing hard disk drive.
This tells us that the disk storing the file D:\Windows XP Professional\Windows XP Professional-f67cc587.vmem is corrupt or is failing.
1) Make sure you have a backup of any important stuff from your computer, particularly anything on the physical disk containing that file. If you need to make a new backup of anything now, make sure you do not overwrite your most recent existing backup!
2) Once you have backed up your critically important stuff, follow the instructions in this Microsoft Knowledge Base article to check your disk for problems. Make sure you tick the box for Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors when starting the disk check. This might help you get things going again, but it also might take a long time and/or conclude that your drive is unrecoverably failing.
I generally don't trust disk drives that have started to throw errors like this... I'm inclined to replace them right away due to the risk of catastrophic data loss, but that decision is ultimately yours to make.
Good luck!
